Langarola is made with IGP certified Piedmont Hazelnuts, flour, eggs, butter, chocolate powder and a splash of liquor.
The recipe for this cake, which has been produced for almost half a century, has been handed down from father to son which, as good “langats”, are strongly linked to their own traditions.
